The Duluth Scottish Hertitage Pipes and Drums were founded in 1990 due to the increased interest in the Great Highland Pipes.Comprised of men, women and young people, interested in Scottish culture, the band wears the Sinclair Hunting tartan for their kilt. Having become quite proficient in the Scottish Small Music (marches, etc.), the band participates in many parades festivals and special events throughout he year. They were even chosen to appear in the Disney movie "Iron Will".

Practicing every Thursday 7:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Duluth, interested new members are welcomed. Lessons are available. Contact Pipe Major Alan Mackenzie for more information.
